A flag above · A future ahead
Patriots Promise
A seasonal flag service that fills St. Charles streets with the colors of service while raising support for local Scouts and youth programs.
Six national holidays
Patriotism made visible.
Subscribers receive an illuminated American flag installed on a pole ten feet tall for six holidays each year. The program promotes proper flag etiquette and funds experiences that help young people grow into responsible citizens.
